We'll
start your tour by picking up your group from Toronto or the
surrounding areas (Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Oakville, etc.) in
one of our meticulously maintained luxury vehicles. You get to decide
the pick-up time! The rest of the itinerary below is a typical large
group tour, but the destinations are all up to you!

drive from Toronto to Niagara Falls takes approximately 90 minutes.
Your first stop is the main attraction itself - the magnificent Niagara

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. To
   change or cancel your tour dates, please contact us by phone or email.
   If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, you can generally receive an
   80% refund. However, if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days ahead,
   50% of the total booking fee (including taxes) will be charged.
2. It
   is your responsibility to arrive on time for your Private Tour. If you
   arrive late and miss the tour, no refund will be given. ToNiagara will
   provide you with the pickup time and location via email.
3. In the
   event of a tour cancellation due to inclement weather or unforeseen
   circumstances, you will be promptly notified and receive a full refund
   to your credit card or other applicable payment method.
4. Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, but it must be done within 24 hours of booking.
5. If
   you wish to switch your Private Tour to a larger vehicle, you will need
   to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional
   processing fees. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation policy will
   be based on the original purchase time and start date of the tour. If
   you switch to a less expensive Private Tour, ToNiagara will refund the
   difference to your credit card.
6. In the unlikely event of a bus
   or vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour
   (including sending another vehicle or vehicle to pick you up). No
   refund will be provided for any time lost or changed in the passenger
   vehicle. However, if the tour is cancelled due to a bus or vehicle
   breakdown, ToNiagara will provide a full refund.
