Cancellation & Refund Policy

For ToNiagara Private Tours, if you need to change or cancel your tour date, please contact ToNiagara by phone or email. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours ahead, no refund will be given.

It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your private tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, no refund will be provided. ToNiagara will inform you of the pickup time and location via email.

In the event that the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund to your credit card or the original method of payment.

If you need to reschedule your tour to a different date, it can be done free of charge as long as it is done within 24 hours of booking.

If you wish to upgrade your private tour to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the price difference for the vehicle. No additional processing fees will be charged. If you decide to reschedule your tour, the cancellation policy will be based on the original purchase time and start date of the tour. If you switch to a less expensive private tour, ToNiagara will refund the difference to your credit card.

In the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, ToNiagara will make every effort to continue the tour by arranging for another vehicle to pick you up. No refund will be provided for any time lost during the tour or for any changes in the passenger vehicle. However, if the tour is cancelled due to a bus or vehicle breakdown, ToNiagara will provide a full refund.
