Tour Itinerary

8:30-9:30 AM The Tour Begins with a Convenient Pickup from the Hotel or Specified Location
Our
tour starts by picking up all participants from various locations in
the Greater Toronto Area, such as Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke,
Oakville, and others. Alternatively, we can also pick you up from a
Niagara Falls hotel or any other designated pickup location. The pickup
time is flexible and can be arranged according to your convenience.

11:00 AM Enjoy the Beauty of Niagara Falls
Once
we arrive at Niagara Falls, you will have the opportunity to admire the
majestic Falls and explore the area at your own pace. You can also
choose to have a delicious lunch at one of the many restaurants nearby
(please note that the cost of lunch is not included in the tour price).

11:15 AM Optional Add-On: Voyage To The Falls Cruise by Hornblower
For
an unforgettable experience, you can opt to take the Voyage To The
Falls Cruise by Hornblower. This cruise allows you to get up close and
personal with the extraordinary power of Niagara Falls. As you journey
past the American and Bridal Veil Falls, you will have the chance to
stop at the base of the magnificent Horseshoe Falls. Don't forget your
camera, as this is an excellent photo opportunity for both adults and
children.

12:00 PM Fun and Entertainment at Clifton Hill
Get
ready for endless fun at Clifton Hill! Take a ride in the
climate-controlled gondola of the Niagara SkyWheel and enjoy a bird's-eye view of the Falls from an impressive height of 175 feet.
Additionally, you can visit the Movieland wax museum, where you'll have
the chance to see lifelike wax figures of your favourite movie,
television, and music celebrities.

12:30 PM Discover the World of Wine at a Local Winery

1:30 PM Time for Lunch and Exploration

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. ToNiagara
   Private Tours offers a flexible cancellation and refund policy for our
   customers' convenience. If you need to change or cancel your private
   tour date, simply contact us through phone or email. 
2. If you
   decide to cancel your private tour at least 24 hours before the
   scheduled date, you will receive a full refund. However, please note
   that if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours ahead, no refund
   will be provided.
3. To ensure a smooth experience, you need to
   arrive on time for your private tour. If you arrive late and miss the
   tour, no refund will be issued. Our team will send you an email
   specifying the pickup time and location.
4. In the event that
   unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, cause us to cancel
   your tour, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then receive
   a full refund to your credit card or any other method of payment used.
5. Rescheduling your tour to another available date is free of charge, as long as the request is made within 24 hours of booking.
6. Should
   you wish to switch your private tour to a larger vehicle, you will be
   required to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. However, there are no
   additional processing fees involved. If you reschedule the tour, the
   cancellation policy will be applied based on the original purchase time
   and start date of the experience. On the other hand, if you choose a
   less expensive private tour, ToNiagara will refund the price difference
   to your credit card.
7. In the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle
   breakdown, we will make every effort to continue the tour by arranging
   for another vehicle or vehicle to pick you up. Please note that no
   refund will be provided for any time lost during the tour or for changes
   in the passenger vehicle. However, if the tour needs to be completely
   cancelled due to a breakdown, ToNiagara will provide a full refund.
