Cancellation & Refund Policy:

1. If you need to change or cancel your private tour date with ToNiagara, simply give us a call or send us an email. We want to make sure you're happy, so if you call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel, we'll provide you with a FULL REFUND. Please note that if you cancel your private tour less than 24 hours ahead, we won't be able to offer a refund.
2. It's important to arrive on time for your private tour to make the most of your experience. If you happen to arrive late and miss the tour, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide a refund. When you book with us, we'll send you an email with all the details about your pickup time and location.
3. In the event that we have to cancel your tour due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, we'll notify you as soon as possible. Rest assured, you'll receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other payment method you used.
4. If you want to reschedule your tour to another date, don't worry about any extra charges. We offer this service free of charge, as long as you do it within 24 hours of booking.
5. If you wish to switch your private tour to a larger vehicle, there will be an additional fee to cover the difference in vehicle costs. We don't charge any processing fees for this change. On the other hand, if you decide to switch to a less expensive tour, we'll refund the difference back to your credit card.
6. While it's rare, if there happens to be a bus or vehicle breakdown during your tour, we'll do everything we can to continue the tour. This might involve sending another vehicle to pick you up. In this case, please note that we won't be able to provide a refund for any time lost or changes to the vehicle. However, if the tour is completely cancelled due to a breakdown, we'll give you a full refund.
