Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. At
   ToNiagara Private Tours, we want to make sure you have the best
   experience possible. If you need to change or cancel your private tour
   date, simply give us a call or send us an email. If you contact us at
   least 24 hours in advance to cancel, we'll be happy to provide you with a
   full refund. However, please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours
   ahead, we won't be able to offer a refund.
2. It's
   important to arrive on time for your private tour. If you happen to be
   late and miss the tour, we won't be able to provide a refund. We'll send
   you an email with the specific pickup time and location, so please make
   sure to check your inbox.
3. If, for some reason, we need to
   cancel your tour due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen
   circumstances, we'll notify you as soon as possible. In this case,
   you'll receive a full refund to your credit card or any other method of
   payment that you used.
4. If you want to reschedule your
   tour for another date, don't worry; there won't be any additional
   charges. Just make sure to let us know within 24 hours of your booking.
   However, if you'd like to switch to a larger vehicle, you'll need to pay
   the difference in the vehicle fee. We don't charge any extra processing
   fees. And if you're switching to a less expensive private tour, we'll
   refund the difference to your credit card.
5. In the rare
   event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, we'll do everything we can to keep
   the tour going smoothly. We may send another vehicle or vehicles to pick
   you up. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund for any time
   lost or changes in the passenger vehicle. However, if the tour has to be
   completely cancelled due to a breakdown, we'll provide a full refund.
6. At
   ToNiagara Private Tours, your satisfaction is our priority, and we
   strive to make sure you have an amazing experience from start to finish.
