Tour Itinerary

Tour Begins: Pickup from Hotel or Specified pick location

Your
tour begins when we pick everyone up in one of our immaculately
maintained luxury vehicles from the Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga,
Brampton, Etobicoke, Oakville, etc.) or from a Niagara Falls hotel or
chosen pickup place. The exact time of pick-up is totally up to you!

1:30 pm Niagara Falls

After
a brief stop at Niagara Falls, your private tour continues on to lunch
at a restaurant of your choosing (lunch not included in the tour price).

3:30 pm Casino Niagara

Enjoy a few games of slots and blackjack!

5:30 pm Winery Tour

Spend
some time exploring the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, stopping
by a local winery. (Your trip fee does not include the winery excursion
or Niagara on the Lake.).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. ToNiagara
   Private Tours: Contact ToNiagara by phone or email if you need to
   modify or cancel a private tour date. If customers cancel by phone at
   least 24 hours in advance, they will receive a FULL REFUND. A private
   tour will not be refunded if it is cancelled with less than 24 hours
   notice. 
2. It is your obligation to arrive on time for your
   private tour. There will be no refund if you come late and miss the
   tour. ToNiagara will send you the exact time and location of your
   pickup.
3. You will be informed as soon as possible and receive a
   FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other payment method that was
   used if your tour is cancelled for any reason (bad weather or other
   unanticipated events).
4. Your tour can be rescheduled at no additional cost, but you must do it within 24 hours of making your reservation.
5. You
   will be required to pay the additional vehicle fee if you decide to
   change your private tour to a bigger car. No additional processing costs
   apply. ToNiagara will reimburse the difference to your credit card if
   you choose to transfer to a less costly private tour.
6. All
   attempts will be made to carry on the tour in the unlikely case of a bus
   or other vehicle breakdown (or another vehicle may be sent to pick you
   up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change
   in the passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle
   breakdown, ToNiagara will be provided a full refund.
