Clients who cancel by phone at least 48 hours in advance will get a FULL

to get to your private tour on time. You will not receive a refund if
you come late and miss the tour. Your pickup time and location will be
specified by email from ToNiagara.

You will be informed as

Scheduling a new date for your tour to another date is free of charge, however, it must be done within 24 hours of booking.

8:15 - 9:15 am: Day Tour Begins

Free pick up from anywhere in the Brampton. The tour is conducted in small groups. 1.5 hours (90 minutes) drive from Brampton to Niagara Falls.

11:30 am: Arrive at Canadian side of Niagara Falls.

You will be able to see the beautiful Niagara Falls even before the bus stops!

11:45 am: Voyage To The Falls Cruise - Seasonal by Hornblower

Voyage to the Falls cruise. This attraction is seasonal. If the Voyage to the Falls cruise is not available (usually in the winter months), this experience will not be part of the tour. Instead we will take you to Journey Behind The Falls or Skylon Tower.

1:00 - 2:00 pm:  Time For Lunch & Free Time to Explore Niagara Falls

Free time to eat lunch, souvenir shop and explore Niagara Falls! Lunch is not included in the price of the tour. It is an optional add-on.

2 pm: Scenic drive on Niagara Parkway

Travel along the famous Niagara Parkway along the Niagara River and admire the wonderful view.

2:20 pm: Whirlpool Rapids

Experience the natural phenomenon of the Niagara River. You will witness the power of the Niagara River and watch the white waters of the rapids in the Niagara Gorge. The waters of the rapids converge, causing them to spin in counterclockwise motion. At this time we drop off customers to the Helipad (if they have selected the Helicopter Tour Add-On).

2:45 pm: The Floral Clock

The Floral Clock is one of Niagara Falls most popular attractions. It is a large clock surrounded by thousands of colourful flowers in the summer and fall months.

3:15 pm: Visit the World's Smallest Chapel

We will stop at the Worlds Smallest Chapel, a wonderful place to take unique pictures at the miniature place of worship.

3:45 pm: Niagara-on-the-Lake Drive Through & Wine Tasting

We will cruise through the quaint town of Niagara-on-the-Lake to see the wonderful 19th century Victorian architecture and then stop at a local winery to taste some of the finest wines Canada has to offer (grape juice tastings are also available).

6:15- 7.15 pm: Dropoff

You are dropped off at your place of pickup after your Niagara Falls Day Tour Adventure! (dropoff time depends on local traffic conditions or delays)

Niagara Falls comes alive in the evening. The Falls are illuminated in exciting colours. Throughout the summer months, fireworks (weather permitting) provide another reason to see the Falls in the evening (Fireworks begin at 09:30 PM on May 20, 2023, until October 10, 2023, EVERY NIGHT).

See Niagara Falls in the daytime and see the Falls light up in the evening with our Brampton to Niagara Falls Day and Evening Tour. The nighttime truly is the right time when visiting the Falls! Tour Begins - Pickup from Hotel or Specified pick location

Your tour starts when we pick everybody up from the Brampton Hotel or a specified pickup location in one of our meticulously maintained luxury vehicles. Pick-up time depends entirely on you!

Niagara Falls

Your custom tour arrives at Niagara Falls, where you can view the Falls and wander around. You can then head to one of the many restaurants for a nice lunch (lunch is not included in the tour price).

Casino Niagara

Spend some time playing your favorite slots and table games at Casino Niagara, or you can be entertained at one of the Casinos live events (i.e. music concert or theatre production) . The Casino is always a popular attraction and a great way for a group of people to spend time having fun (all Casino attractions are not included in tour price).

Cancellation Policy & Refund:

If you need to change/cancel tour dates please call or email us. Customers will receive a 80% refund if they call at least 7 days ahead to cancel. If a tour is cancelled less than 7 days ahead 50% of the total booking fee (taxes included) is charged.

You are responsible for arriving on time to your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. ToNiagara will specify your pickup time and location through email.

If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.

Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, however must be done within 24 hours of booking.

To switch your Private tour to a larger vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation policy is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the tour.
